A traditional Sadhu Bhandara was organized on 16th Aug, 2017 at Dakshineswar Math as a part of the memorial service dedicated to Sri SriMrinalini Mata in which 35 sadhus from 13 different Maths and Ashrams located in and around Kolkata participated.
The program began with soulful singing of traditional bhajans by Br. Achyutanandaji. Swamis Amaranandaji and Nigamanandaji hosted and escorted the Sadhus before they were accorded a formal traditional reception by the monastics.
Swami Suddhanandaji accompanied the sadhus for a brief period of meditation inside the Dhyana Mandir.
The Bhandara started as per the tradition with the chanting of 15th Chapter of Srimad Bhagavad Gita by Br. Achyutanandaji.
The Sadhus were served by all the monastics.
At the end Swami Suddhanandaji expressed his respect and gratitude to all the invitee Sadhus.
