Children Sunday Satsanga

Devotees of Yogoda Satsanga Society of India (YSS) may bring their children from ages 5 to 12 years to YSS Dakshineswar Ashram (and other YSS centres) for children’s satsanga on Sundays from 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 noon.

Children’s Sunday satsanga is beneficial to devotees who wish to inculcate spiritual habits in their children from an early age.

This programme is a wonderful opportunity to share with your young ones Gurudeva Paramahansa Yoganandaji’s how-to-live spiritual principles. During the children’s satsanga, volunteers lead the little ones through a few Energization Exercises and a brief session of guided meditation. This is followed by a mix of interesting activities and story-telling sessions.

At YSS Dakshineswar Ashram and at other YSS centres in and around Kolkata, special children’s satsanga programmes are also conducted to commemorate special events like Janmashtami, Christmas, International Day of Yoga, and the Avirbhav and Mahasamadhi days of the YSS Line of Gurus.
