The Yogoda Satsanga Palpara Mahavidyalaya in Purba Medinipur, West Bengal, was established on January 17, 1964. Its Golden Jubilee was celebrated from March 10 - 11, 2015.

The programme started with a Prabhat Feri and flag hoisting. The Golden Jubilee programme was formally inaugurated at 2 p.m. Messages from Sri Sri Mrinalini Mata, Swamis Smaranananda and Shantananda were read out. Swami Suddhananda and Brahmachari Achyutananda; Sri Manish Gupta, Hon'ble Minister for Power; Sri Jyotirmoy Kar, Hon'ble Minister for Cooperation; and Sri Rabindranath Bhattacharya, Hon'ble Minister for Statistics & Planning of the Govt. of West Bengal, and other dignitaries were present on the dais. 

A curtural programme was held in the evening. In addition to events by some college students, YSS devotees from Kolkata presented a musical narration on the life of Gurudeva. The programme ended with a performance by Shri Raghab Chatterjee, a renouned singer from Bengal.
